Terms of Sale

Ranks are virtual perks usable only within the Just SMP Minecraft server — see the ranks listed on our homepage for exactly what each one includes. They have no monetary value outside the server, cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash, and exist only as long as Just SMP operates.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except at our sole discretion — for example, a clearly duplicate or mistaken charge. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first may result in the rank being revoked and your account being permanently barred from future purchases, independent of any other action we take.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the server, and revoke any purchased rank without refund, if you violate the server rules, these terms, cheat, exploit bugs, abuse the purchase system, or engage in fraud (including chargebacks made in bad faith).

Just SMP is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and we may add, change, remove, or rebalance rank perks, or discontinue the server entirely, at any time. Purchases entitle you to the perks as they exist from time to time — not to a specific, permanently fixed feature set.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only purchase a rank with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the purchase and for reviewing these terms with you.

Just SMP is an independent, unofficial Minecraft server. It is not approved by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just SMP and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the server or a purchase, including loss of in-game progress or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that rank.

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use Just SMP or purchasing another rank after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
